It requires a lot of pressure to place the cord on sun-glass frames, such that if the glasses are inexpensively made (i.e., with relatively flimsy plastic) there's a concern that the pressure could result in the frames' breaking. Fortunately, SW is open to making sure customers are satisfied with their purchase(s).

I've had a neck cord like this for years. I use it for extreme watersports, and haven't lost a pair of glases, yet. After many years, the old pair bleached out form the sun, a bit, and I'm concerned that they are losing some of their integrity - so I got a new strap. Great price, and a great product.
