Sunglass Warehouse® Limited Warranty
Limited Warranty - Effective 6/30/21, all eyewear products purchased on the Sunglass Warehouse website ("Products") are warranted to the original purchaser by FGX International Inc against manufacturer’s defects for 90 days from the date of purchase. This limited warranty is only valid with proof of purchase. FGX International Inc will, at its option, repair or replace any product found by FGX International Inc to be defective. This limited warranty does not cover improper or unreasonable use, normal wear and tear, scratched lenses, lost screws, or accidental damage.
Repair or replacement shall be limited to the styles and colors of the Product that are available at the time of the repair or replacement. Any repaired or replaced product shall also remain subject to the original 90-day warranty from the date of the original purchase, and any repair or replacement shall not extend the original warranty period in any manner or start a new warranty period. Claims must be accompanied by the following to ensure proper processing: order number, return contact details (name, address, phone, email), a brief note detailing the problem with the Product and how it occurred, and a photo of the defect.
FGX International Inc has the right to request that the Product in the claim is returned. If this request is made, a free prepaid shipping label will be emailed to the email address provided in order to return the item to FGX International Inc.
Please package all Products carefully to avoid any further damage. FGX International Inc will not be held responsible for damage caused by improper shipping or non-receipt. Please allow 4-6 weeks for claims to be processed. FGX International Inc will pay for the cost to ship the repaired or replaced product to you.
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. This warranty is subject to change without notice.

OTHER THAN THE LIMITED WARRANTY SET FORTH HEREIN, FGX International Inc MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT, AND DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. PRODUCTS SOLD BY FGX International Inc ARE SOLD ONLY TO THE SPECIFICATIONS SPECIFICALLY SET FORTH BY FGX International Inc IN WRITING. FGX International Inc's SOLE OBLIGATION UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL BE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF NON-CONFORMING PRODUCTS. BUYER ASSUMES ALL RISK WHATSOEVER AS TO THE RESULT OF THE USE OF THE PRODUCTS PURCHASED.
LIMITED WARRANTY CLAIM INSTRUCTIONS
- Contact Sunglass Warehouse® by phone (1-800-559-4209) or email (email@example.com) to initiate a limited warranty claim.
- Customer must supply:
- The order number associated with the Product in the claim.
- The name, address, phone, and email address associated with the order with the Product in the claim.
- A description of the problem with the Product and how it occurred.
- A photo clearly showing the problem with the Product in the claim.
- If the claim is approved, we will set up the replacement Product.
- If FGX International Inc requests the Product be returned, a free prepaid USPS return label will be emailed to you. Please package all Products carefully to avoid any further damage. We will not be held responsible for damage caused by improper shipping or non-receipt.
