Sunglasses get scratched no matter how well protected they are. Using a product called Armour Etch can remove unwanted scratches on your plastic sunglass lenses.

The De-Scratch Process:

Step 1: Use gloves and work in a well ventilated area. This solution is potent. Important: Do not use on glass lenses only plastic!

Step 2: Dip a Q-Tip into the Armour Etch and rub over the scratched surface.  Let it sit for a about 5 minutes.

Step 3: Run the glasses under hot water for one minute then wash thoroughly with soap and water.

Step 4: Dry and let sit. If some scratches still appear, then repeat the process.

Step 5: If you keep them clean and store them properly, you’ll avoid future scratches.
