Return Policy


How long do I have to return my item?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund up to 365 days of your original receipt. All returns must be in their original condition.

How do I make a return?


To return an order that was placed when signed into your SunglassWarehouse.com account:

  1. Log in and visit your My Account page.
  2. Click on the appropriate order number from the Order History section.
  3. Select the item(s) you wish to return and click 'Next'.
  4. Follow the steps to begin your return. You'll be asked to select the reason for your return, and you'll have the option to print a return label.

To return an order that was placed as a guest:

  1. Visit the Manage Returns page.
  2. On the right side of the page, enter the following information: order number, email address used to place the order, and the ZIP code of your shipping address.
  3. Once you've entered this information, you'll see a summary of your order. Select the item(s) you wish to return and click 'Next'.
  4. Follow the steps to begin your return. You'll be asked to select the reason for your return, and you'll have the option to print a return label.

You may also click here to download and complete a return form. Please mail it back to us with your item(s) to the following address: SunglassWarehouse.com ATTN: Returns, 1300 Windhorst Way, Ste A, Greenwood, IN 46143. Please place your return item(s) and original invoice in your SunglassWarehouse.com box. Please note that you will need to use a different box if your item(s) shipped to you via USPS Priority Mail. Please use the online returns process described above if you would like a shipping label provided for you.

Please note: If your items were originally sent to you via Priority Mail, you'll need to use a different box to ship your items back to us. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not refunded.

Where do I send my return?

Please send your package, original invoice, and return form to SunglassWarehouse.com ATTN: Returns, 1300 Windhorst Way, Ste A, Greenwood, IN 46143. We'll get to work processing your return right away!

Are there any return shipping fees?

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Your refund will not include shipping charges previously paid for or shipping charges incurred upon returning merchandise.

*U.S. orders placed between 6/17/15 and 7/17/15 are eligible for free return shipping as part of a limited time offer.

How do I return a broken or defective item?

If you received a broken or defective item, please give us a call at 1-800-559-4209 so we can get it taken care of right away! We'll work with you to send a replacement at no additional charge.

When will I receive my refund?

We will start processing your return request as soon as we receive your item(s). We will inspect all returns to ensure your item(s) are in their original condition and do not show any signs of use. We'll send you an email when your return is complete. Please keep in mind that refunds normally take 3-5 business days to appear on your credit card statement.



Exchange Policy


Can I exchange my item?

You can exchange your item(s) up to 365 days from the purchase date. All exchanges must be in their original condition and show no signs of use.

Your refund will be issued in the form of a SunglassWarehouse.com store credit, which will be available to use on your next order as a payment method on the checkout page.

To exchange an order that was placed as a guest:

Click here to download and complete a return form, and then mail it back with your item(s) to SunglassWarehouse.com ATTN: Returns, 1300 Windhorst Way, Ste A, Greenwood, IN 46143. You can use your original box to send your item(s) back to us, but please note that you will need to use a different box if your items originally shipped to you via USPS Priority Mail. In addition, please call us at 1-800-559-4209 to specify the new sunglasses you would like so we can put them on hold for you.

When will my new item be shipped?

If you have a Sunglass Warehouse account, simply log in and order your new item(s) for exchange. We'll start fulfilling your order as soon as you submit your request.

If you do not have a Sunglass Warehouse account, we will ship out your exchange as soon as we receive your original item(s). Please note that all exchanges must be in their original condition. No exchange will be issued if the product shows signs of use.

If you are not satisfied with the item(s) you purchase from us, you can make a return or exchange within 365 days of your receipt for a full refund minus any shipping charges that were incurred. Please note that we only accept items for return or exchange that are in their original condition and do not show any signs of use.
