Return Policy


How long do I have to return my item?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund up to 365 days of your original receipt. All returns must be in their original condition.

How do I make a return?

If you have a Sunglass Warehouse account, simply log in, select the order number, and follow the directions to receive your special return shipping label.

If you do not have a Sunglass Warehouse account, click here to print and complete a return form. Please mail your return form and original invoice back with your item(s) to 1300 Windhorst Way, Ste A, Greenwood, IN 46143. You can use the original packaging to ship your return back to us. Please note that you will need to use a different box if your item(s) shipped to you via USPS Priority Mail. If you are unable to print the return form and you do not have a Sunglass Warehouse account, please call our Customer Happiness team at 1-800-559-4209 so we can process your request.

Where do I send my return?

Please send your package, original invoice, and return form to 1300 Windhorst Way, Ste A, Greenwood, IN 46143. We'll get to work processing your return right away!

Are there any return shipping fees?

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you have a Sunglass Warehouse account, we will make a return shipping label available to you. However, your refund will not include shipping charges previously paid for or shipping charges incurred upon returning merchandise.

How do I return a broken or defective item?

If you received a broken or defective item, please give us a call at 1-800-559-4209 so we can get it taken care of right away! We'll work with you to send a replacement at no additional charge.

When will I receive my refund?

We will start processing your return request as soon as we receive your item(s). We will inspect all returns to ensure your item(s) are in their original condition and do not show any signs of use. We'll send you an email when your return is complete. Please keep in mind that refunds normally take 3-5 business days to appear on your credit card statement.

Can I exchange my item?

You can use your original box to send your item(s) back to us, but please note that you will need to use a different box if your items originally shipped to you via USPS Priority Mail. In addition, please call us at 1-800-559-4209 to specify the new sunglasses you would like so we can put them on hold for you. If you are unable to print the return form and you do not have a Sunglass Warehouse account, please call our Customer Happiness team at 1-800-559-4209 so we can process your exchange request.

When will my new item be shipped?

If you have a Sunglass Warehouse account, simply log in and order your new item(s) for exchange. We'll start fulfilling your order as soon as you submit your request.

If you do not have a Sunglass Warehouse account, we will ship out your exchange as soon as we receive your original item(s). Please note that all exchanges must be in their original condition. No exchange will be issued if the product shows signs of use.
