Limestone is a very strong type of rock that is used in constructing buildings. We won't go that far with these sunglasses, but they do have lightweight aluminum temples.

Good tint, style, comfort, and reasonable quality for the price7/2/2016

I chose these for the style, and they match the pictures on the web site, so I'm happy enough with that.rnrnThe tint level on the grey lenses is good for me - dark enough to deal with sunny weather in SoCal, but not so dark as to make it hard to read gauges and displays when driving.rnrnComfort and size are both good.rnrnQuality seems reasonable for the price, but I haven't had them for long. There are some rubbery pads on the end of the arms that seem to be held in by friction on 3 tabs shoved into slots in the metal arms - one was partly popped out when the glasses arrived, but shoved back in easily enough and now seems to be holding. These glasses have spring hinges, which I'm not sure is good from a durability standpoint - my experience has been that one unfortunate bend up or down on the arm will weaken that thin metal strip in the middle and lead to a broken arm in a few weeks. The rest of the parts all seem pretty solid.rnrnAs I tend to lose or break glasses within a year, sub-$20 is my goal, and these deliver in that department. That makes my bar for quality whether they break before I lose them or vice versa, but only time will tell which way this pair will go.rnrnOf the 3 pairs I ordered to check out, this one is currently the one I'd rate highest.

Pros
Adequate Tint, Comfortable, True To Size

These sun glasses look great on me. I took away a star just because they do feel kind of flimsy, so I worry they will break. If they do end up breaking, I would not hesitate to buy the same pair, especially for the price.
