Smoothies are a delicious and healthy way to start your morning! Add 1/2 cup frozen strawberries, 1/2 cup frozen banana, 2 tbsp oats, 1/2 cup skim milk, and 1/4 cup water to your blender, and blend until smooth. Add some low-fat yogurt to the mix to make it creamier.

You’ll be much more inclined to go to the gym and “sweat it out” if you’re wearing a cute tank that says so! This work-out tank top is perfect for the gym – it won’t restrict your movement, it’ll let you sweat, and it’s cute! You can buy one like this off Etsy, or you could craft up your own. Take an old t-shirt and chop it up, add a bow to the back if that’s your thing, and iron on some t-shirt letters with your favorite saying!

Finding a new workout routine that will keep you motivated can be tough. Running can be boring, and weight lifting usually leaves you sore. Kick it up and try something new! Kettlebells work lots of muscles at the same time, and you can easily do a kettlebell routine at home.
