You’re now obviously dying for a pair of your own. Unfortunately, these exact shades are as tough to locate as The Situation’s shirt. But don’t fret, a simple DIY will make these yours in no time. Follow me for a step by step guide on how to make your own blinged-out Snooki shades in a matter of minutes.

What you’ll need:

1 pair of Sunglass Warehouse Shield Style #1199 or Shield Style #1400

1 pack of mixed crystal acrylic gems

1 glue gun with glue

Step 1:

Assemble the gems you will adhere to the shades. Before you begin think about how the various shapes can fit together to minimize empty spaces.

Step 4:

Repeat this process until the entire surface of the lenses are covered. You’re not aiming for symmetry so don’t worry if the gem placements aren’t perfect.

Step 5:

The hot glue gun will create tiny strings of glue around the gems. You can use your fingers to pick or brush these away.
